Automatic Lead Cylinders

Lead cylinders are cast on a rotary table fed from a 3 tons capacity lead melting pot.

The cylinders are ejected vertically from the top of the table, and are deflected into a chute. No scrap production. The complete central area of the casting machine is water cooled, and water temperature is controlled by a thermometer fitted on. Fine adjustment of the lead flow from the metering ladle into the moulds permits to get the wanted cylinders sizes/weight. One machine is suitable for feeding up to  8 tons/day size oxide ball mills.

The complete automatic cycle minimizes the operator’s assistance. Control panel, wall type. Also available in double size version suitable to feed a 24 tons/day oxide ball mill.
